Not impressed

Attorney Brooke Houston caused unnecessary stress and made an already difficult situation so much worse for my family. She was hired to work on a guardianship case for me after my mother was diagnosed with dementia. Her lack of communication, errors in all the filings she prepared, and inexperience created delays, stress and the need to hire a new attorney to correct her mistakes. Brooke was completely inexperienced and ineffective with our case. When I asked to speak to the attorney who managed her, I was told she didn't have one. From the start, rather than telling us that they didn't have an attorney available for our case, Michael Keepman passed us onto to Brooke and led us to believe she was experienced in guardianship cases. Right from the start Brooke was unresponsive to calls and email. Her assistant Angelina and her made clerical errors on the forms that were to be filed and missed important information and delayed the case by not returning calls to the county, GAL, or me.

They did a fine job with my will!

During the course of the sale of a estate for a client, Al Spiegel and his team were able to provide me with all the necessary information to effectively prepare, market and sell the home for the estate. Always very nice to work with a firm who is on top of the details.

My parents used this firm years ago. They were very helpful for my needs.

I do NOT recommend.. attorney Bertling got $3000 from me and never had to go to court or do anything to represent me. however he did call me a liar and told me that I was going to lose my case which I found comical that he basically said he sucks at being an attorney. why would you tell your client that you represent that they're going to lose in court!?!? find a different law firm...unless you wanna waste your money

My friend was having a living trust and poa done by the lawyer. Nice atmosphere friendly outgoing people . Took care of everything he needed

I recently found this office via my Legal MetLife plan, I even obtained a MetLife code that they confirmed over the phone when they called me to schedule an appointment. I took time off work for the appointment just to have them not communicate to me prior to my appointment that they don’t accept MetLife. It would’ve been nice to receive a phone call prior to wasting my time & time off.
