I am a doctor who was facing federal charges when I contacted attorney Baltz. Needless to say, I was overwhelmed and beyond terrified. I had never been involved with the criminal justice system before, and didn’t know what to do. Attorney Baltz personally answered my phone call and met with me 30 minutes later. From the moment I met with him, I knew I contacted the right person. He was very honest with me about the seriousness of my situation, but told me to let him worry about my charges and to live my life. He would calmly reassure me whenever I would frantically call him for updates. Ultimately, my case was dismissed from federal prosecution and I was never charged with any crime. I came to Jason with a multitude of legal problems, including Divorce, Restraining Orders and Criminal Charges. From the first time I spoke with Jason I could tell he was a professional dedicated to his craft. In our initial phone conversation he explained in depth the legal conditions I was facing, and assured me he was well prepared to take it all on. Jason is diligent in his work, and always informative, often going out of his way to help a client understand the process. You could tell Jason was well respected by his peers in court and the results showed. The outcomes he achieved were spectacular, and showed me he was after my best interests rather than just a fee. He handled my Divorce artistically, to the point it was eventually dismissed and my wife and I remained married. He was able to negotiate the criminal charges down from several felonies, to just a few misdemeanors, and lessen the time served to probation. Jason is exceptional at what he does, and it shows in every part of his personality. Jason responds to questions quickly, explains things thoroughly, and cares deeply for his clients. If it wasn't for Jason, I don’t know what the outcome would have been.

Jason is a great lawyer. I can’t recommend him enough. I’m not going to lie, I’ve done stupid things and Jason has guided me through the process of fixing my stupidity through the legal system. Helped me file a petition for a temporary restraining order against my abuser. Proceeded to help me prepare for the injunction hearing. Played a huge role in the courts granting the 4 year injunction against the abuser. Was professional, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. Just Amazing throughout the entire process. Hiring him was the best decision.

Jason was a pleasant guy to work with; however, he did not have my best interest as his client in mind. After consulting other attorneys and those who faced similar charges, I was extremely disappointed to hear that it seemed he did not negotiate or put up any type of legal defense when negotiating a deal with the Whitefish Bay Municipal Judge...I thought I had a lawyer I could trust, but was deeply saddened by the fact that Mr. Baltz presented me with such a lackluster deal as if it was my best option. If you hire this attorney, please be caution and ensure your best interest is put forth. I trusted him and grew to regret that decision...

This man, got me not one but two tickets reduced, one of which should have never been reduced but low and behold he worked his magic. Definitely recommend.

I was caught with a hit and run, fleeing the scene of an accident and DUI. A multiple point infraction while facing significant jail time. I called Jason the night of the offense and within weeks he had negotiated the charges down to just the DUI, no jail time and eliminated all other infractions. I have also been arrested for other criminal allegations and Jason has helped get all charges dropped. He made sure he performed to my expectations first, and we negotiated payment later. This guy is an advocate. He is a fighter. He is knowledgable, has a wealth of experience and relationships in the criminal justice department. I guarantee that no matter the crime, Jason will absolutely get you the best outcome because he fights with his head.

Jason did a very professional, efficient job of handling the case while still being personable and understanding. He came to the initial meeting prepared, he had reviewed the case, explained the legal implications and told us what he could do and couldn't do. Clearly he knew the court system and the process/procedure to resolve the issues in our interest. He took the case, it involved three warrants which if executed could have resulted in a fine and some significant jail time. Immediately he had two dismissed without prejudice and the third reduced to a $350 fine. Throughout the process he remained professional yet very personable and not to mention patient, clearly a person that cares about the welfare of his clients and the associated outcome. There is no question I would hire him again/

I was facing some card theft and forgery charges. The detectives kept trying to get me to come to the station saying it was just for a statement but I knew better. I searched all night for a good attorney to defend me. I had bail money and a retainers fee sitting just in case I needed it. I did extensive research; read online reviews, visited their website, checked to see if there were any issues with the state and prior cases, and when I finished up Jason was chosen. I called him around 11pm and he answered. I told him my situation and he gave me my options and suggested I not got to the station without an attorney present. I told him I'd call him back after making a decision. The detective continued to call me even after I let him know I had an attorney. I guess he was trying to call my bluff-which I didn't pay a retainers so technically I didn't have an attorney. I gave the detective Jason's contact information. Jason then called me and asked me if I was ready to meet the detective. That night Jason met me at the station, and was able to get charges tossed out and down to a non-theft citation. I got off with a warning all because Jason came in like a BOSS and defended me like a champ. I was in the station for all of 10 minutes. I definitely learned my lesson. I thank God for Jason every day.
