Working with Jason was a great experience and made a, very stressful, situation less so. He listened to all of the details of the situation, asked great questions and answered everything clearly and via phone, text or email so that I could clearly understand. Jason is extremely professional, kind and helpful. I would recommend to anyone in need of legal assistance, particularly if you are confused, overwhelmed and scared of the options and proceedings.

When my adult daughter found herself in a domestic abuse situation and desperately needed help obtaining a restraining order, Jason came to our rescue. Not only was he quick to respond and easy to get a hold of, he offered sincere compassion, understanding, and hope when it was so badly needed. He made us truly feel understood and he was reassuring. I never once felt like he was trying to win a client. He offered excellent legal advice and options. He was exactly who my daughter needed in her corner against a manipulative abuser. There just aren't enough words to truly express how much him representing my daughter in her hearing meant to her, and to her dad and I. He let us know what he would do and he did it! He related to us as parents and I really felt like he represented my daughter as though she were one of his own, and he got the injunction granted Jason! Jason is hard-working knows the laws well, is very easy to work with and so worth having on your side in a tough situation. He has impeccable follow-up and I would recommend him without hesitation.

I have nothing but an ample amount of positives to say about Attorney Baltz. I was referred to him by two separate people & without hesitation, I wanted him to take on my case. Aside from it being a scary & stressful time for me not knowing what was going to happen next, it was also the start of Covid. We had a lot of uncharted territory and it wasn’t the norm for us. He was absolutely phenomenal explaining everything to me, letting me know what to do, where to be, and when all the while being so patient while I asked 1000 questions. I give him so much credit for dealing with someone as nervous as me throughout this entire process, but he successfully handled me (and the case) so well (Extremely well); I am still in awe of how amazing of an outcome it was. Jason was a pleasant guy to work with; however, he did not have my best interest as his client in mind. After consulting other attorneys and those who faced similar charges, I was extremely disappointed to hear that it seemed he did not negotiate or put up any type of legal defense when negotiating a deal with the Whitefish Bay Municipal Judge...I thought I had a lawyer I could trust, but was deeply saddened by the fact that Mr. Baltz presented me with such a lackluster deal as if it was my best option. If you hire this attorney, please be caution and ensure your best interest is put forth. I trusted him and grew to regret that decision...

I meant to review this awesome attorney a long time time ago. I usually don’t even submit reviews but this attorney definitely deserves a good review. Very professional yet cool guy. Jason is an up front, straight to the point kind of guy and doesn’t leave you guessing what’s going to happen next. Very responsive, informative, and understanding. Hopefully I won’t need an attorney again but if I do, I’ll definitely use his services again. I’d definitely recommend Jason to anyone who needs an attorney.

When I called Jason Baltz, I was so scared about the situation my son was in. He was falsely accused of something and felt no one was listening to his side of things and automatically believed he was guilty. Jason Baltz was patient and kind to me while I was explaining what was going on. Jason took money for my case and didn't do anything . Nothing was dropped, he plead me out to everything I was charged with. Then my girlfriend used him at the same time before we knew what he was about in her divorce and did nothing but let her talk for herself in proceeding.
