Mark was my parents' attorney in the last years of their lives, working with them on estate and trust planning, writing their will and other late-in-life legalities. After they passed away, Mark and his team were incredibly helpful to me and my siblings as we worked through the complexities of settling the estate. Mark and his staff communicated regularly, explained everything clearly and quickly answered our questions and concerns. I was struck not only by the efficient way they handled the process but also the genuine kindness and compassion they showed to all of us in a sad time. I could tell that Mark had genuinely liked and cared about my parents and that extended to all of us. I highly recommend Mark and his team.

In 2015 I was dealing with a very difficult business situation. I made a phone call to Mark's firm and within 24 hours he was immediately helpful and began walking me through the short-term steps that I needed to take. Over the next few weeks he helped me understand my options in a professional and respectful manner. I appreciated that Mark helped me evaluate the options and ultimately the decision was mine to make. I could be right (more expensive) or I could take care of things in the most cost efficient way. I appreciated that Mark was practical, responsive and respectful especially knowing that in comparison to other cases/clients mine was not as lucrative, however, I always felt like I was given a high level of respect and service. I think Mark treats everyone fairly, no matter how big or small your need, challenge or case. I was grateful that he had my back. I would definitely refer others to him on matters of business (or any legal matter as I feel confident that if he isn't the best person to help he would point you in the right direction) and I will use his services in the future should the need arise.

I was offered a very complex compensation contract with stock options at a previous company. Mark reviewed the proposed contract and made very astute revisions, which enabled me to negotiate an excellent final result. I would recommend him highly for any business or employment contract. He is very responsive and a pleasure to work with.

Few things you notice right away in your first meeting with Mark is his friendly demeanor, his methodical approach in eliciting information from you and explaining the legal complexities in simple terms. Mark prepared our family's Wills and Powers of Attorney when we needed those to be done in a very tight window. We were quite happy to have worked with Mark and highly recommend him.
