She goes above and beyond with a complete knowledge of the publishing industry. If you are breaking into the publishing business you cannot do better than having Ellen on your team.

Ellen has helped negotiate an agreement in a very complicated (to me) situation of not only copyrighting, but also controlling publication of a jointly-authored play script developed by 18 incarcerated men, a college senior, and an emerita professor. She has helped me with every detail, educating me with wit and acuity, humor and expertise about all legal, but also practical matters. I recommend her highly!
