Failed to be respectful. Avoided communication. Seems to have little respect for women, I am aware of 4 others personally Difficult to work with.

I was refered to Mr.Saks through my niece, she spoke very highly of him. I thought well let me hire him as my lawyer then, sadly to say I have not seen really any results from him. I call, leave messages, email him, I get nothing no call back, email nothing it's been 2-3 years since we started my case and still I haven't heard anything from him, his office no one. Now all I want is to get my records so I can hire another attorney that can do what he was supposed to!!! I just think that if Mr. Saks couldn't take on this case if it was to much for him to handle he should've told me.

Atty Saks has done an excellent job on a civil rights case for us. He is knowledgable and very skilled at presuading the judge to his interpretation of the law. His skill at strategy , when to move forward and when to wait, has moved our case along to a successful result.
