Upfront, honest, hard working down to earth are words that come to mind. I worked specifically with Keith after a pretty rough car accident and he was extremely kind and understanding from the beginning. Lanette supported everything and was a great communicator with detailed notes. Jeff was the mediation negotiation who took the stress out of everything and even made it fun.
