Lack of transparency and poor communication from the legal team
“The whole point of calling a lawyer is to have someone in your corner and represent you when you don't know what to do. Majority of the time when someone gets to the point of calling a lawyer it's at a very vulnerable, difficult time in their life. My husband called this firm over a worker's comp issue and the man who called him back was awful. He cut him off multiple times, talked down to him, made him feel stupid for even calling and then ultimately for no reason said "yeah I can't help you" and hung up.”

Unwillingness to take on certain cases, even if the client has a valid claim
“Absolutely useless, I was hurt at work all the doctors agree I was hurt at work but because my injury is not going to cause permanent damage they no longer will help me with my case. I would never recommend anyone to use their service they were distant and didn't really keep in touch with me and it always took 24-48 hours to receive any sort of reply and every time we spoke on the phone it seemed as though the lawyer handling my case could not wait to hang up with me.”
