Lack of empathy and poor communication in some cases
“The man from the other law firm gave a number my husband can call and advice to get workers comp to pay. I'm not expecting that from this company. That man from Domer law office went above and beyond. But what I would have expected was a bit of common courtesy. Empathy can go a long way, talking to someone like a human being and not like they're beneath you.”
