The slogan is “one call that’s all” and I have yet to experience this! My daughter and son were hit by a postal service worker and we decided to go with Gruber law for a professional, efficient and quick process, however we’ve received no of thee above. We’ve had to call several times with no response or call back. We’ve sent the information required only to be contacted several weeks later asking for the same information! This process has been extremely frustrating to say the least as we were hoping to be hands off for the most part , however we’ve had to keep calling and following up to make sure that Gruber were doing their job. Still waiting for a resolution….
