Excellent legal representation and successful case outcomes
“John Bayer advised me the day of, as he did multiple times before, that testifying is completely my choice. He gave me advice before testifying and told me I would do good, just tell the truth. At closing arguments, John had my back letting the jury know that a simple traffic ticket should not have turned into an OWI charge, it is unjust. The best two words I could hear were being told "Not Guilty" on both counts.”

Lack of reliable communication and follow-through
“They forgot to show up and enter a plea of not guilty. I was found guilty of everything and my license was suspended. They reopened the case and were able to get a plea deal but my driving record was not changed so it now reads as a suspended license and guilty of multiple charges. I have paid thousands in insurance premiums to go along with what I paid to represent me in court. Not very happy with them”

Questionable legal expertise and attention to detail
“Very unprofessional. Worst lawyer I've ever had. You would be a fool to choose him. He doesn't keep you posted, he says he will call you, he doesn't. He will just take your money and leave you to the wolves. I cannot stress enough how terrible this lawyer was.”
