My family and I worked with Benjamin Wagner and his team, and I was impressed throughout the process. We were deeply upset with the way an assisted living facility had treated one of my grandparents. The team helped us hold those who were responsible accountable. They were both organized and empathetic, and if, heaven forbid, you find yourself in a similar situation as we did, this law firm would surely be an excellent advocate on your behalf.

Attorney Trecek, kept his questions and responses on point in regards to the Wrongful Death Lawsuit, which he was persistent with and won. He gave sympathy and encouragement when needed, was never miss leading or dishing out false hope, which I greatly admired. This firm does have a great supporting team from the friendly Receptionist, to the person who is the go between; shout out to Ms Wagner, my astrological sister; who had much patient with me. If the need ever arises again, yes I would go to this law firm first.
