Attorney Hart was so helpful, honest and understanding. He always went above and beyond for everything and made me feel like I wasn't just another case. Mr. Richard Hart is an excellent trial attorney. He meticulously/methodically probed and illuminated decrepencies in the prosecutions' case against my loved one. Ultimately, Mr. Richard Hart's professionalism garnered the respect of the prosecutor as well as the jurors. He educated the jurors about the law, and there responsibility to adhere to it as they examined evidence in their quest for the truth.

Richard was very helpful to me and my family, First, he assisted us with getting my Fathers will and medical power of attorney written and filed, including coming to the hospital where Dad was very ill at the time, to explain options, answer many questions, and to get Dads will and p.o.a. written, per Dads' wishes quickly. A year or so later after Dads' passing, he guided me as the personal representative through everything needed for our family. He kept in contact through email, text, regular mail, and phone, whatever was needed. His staff was also very helpful to us when he was not able to personally see or talk to us. He was professional, personable, and very helpful at a rough time. He quoted us an estimated fee in advance, and the bill came in below that figure, and was very reasonable. We didn't know him prior to this, and was given his name by reference. I will certainly call on him and his firm in the future if needed.

I consulted with Hart Law Offices after a recommendation by a family member. I had received paperwork for a paternity case and was unsure of how to handle things. I never in my life needed lawyers and unfortunately I had married the wrong person and found my self needing to file for divorce. I hired this attorney and from the start he nickel and dimed me. Lied to my about getting proof from my ex’s attorney turned out they didn’t give them nothing it was just word between attorneys. After my divorce my ex up getting my cars, I was hit with all the expenses even the car I had owned prior to marriage. He kept telling me to stay quiet and not talk and I was a fool to have listened. Towards the end he passed this case to his son who had just graduated (this happened on the last court appointment). I was screwed badly financially. Stay away from this attorney.
