Advertising works! After several unsuccessful attempts to secure sound legal advice from multiple (heavily publicized) legal establishments, I suddenly remembered “the beard.” I actually did a Google search using ‘the beard’ as search terms. After completing the online questionnaire and including the best time to call me, I got a return call from Brigitte, with Nicolet Law. Having worked at multiple call centers, I pay keen attention to the type of customer service I receive. My experience with Brigitte was incredibly pleasant and helpful 👏🏿👏🏿 She was extremely professional, yet at the same time, very respectful and even responsive to my attempts at humor (she even laughed, which sealed the deal for me). The most memorable part of my experience with her, however, was that she had another option to offer me. I mean, she politely explained that Nicolet Law handled personal injury cases, but she also explained and introduced me to an area of law that I was totally unaware existed! I had never heard of “Bad Faith” lawyers. Brigitte provided contact information for two bad faith lawyers who I’ll be calling first thing Monday morning. Whenever it was, thanks so much for making the decision to hire Brigitte. I’d give her a raise if I were you guys 🤣 Seriously though … I know what it means when a person takes the time to share their story about their customer service experience, which is why I wanted to let you all know that you have a real ‘keeper’ in Ms. B (my new nickname for her 😎).
