I not only recommend attorney Craig Mastantuono but I guarantee once you meet him you too will look no further. Craig Mastantuano is an excellent attorney who really goes above and beyond for his clients. He helped me with my case and got me an amazing deal that I didn’t think was going to happen. He also made sure to keep in contact weekly throughout the process and kept me updated and made sure I was completing the things I needed to have done before our court date. There is no other attorney that will work as hard for you as he will. If your looking for an attorney thats going to look out for your best interest I highly recommend giving him a call.

I had a good experience and bad experience with attorney Leah Thomas. I knew I was in the wrong with my case. I had struggled with some issues in the past that led me to my case. When I first met Leah I told her about what other therapists had said I was struggling with and that I was not formally diagnosed at that time. She immediately had told me that she majored in psychology and felt I didn’t show signs of my condition. I was startled by this but I remained hopeful that she could help me. In reality I listened to her and did everything for myself to the point that I am today. I worked really hard, it felt sometimes that I was neglected by Leah. She seemed to take a lot a cases at that time, making her very busy. The only way to reach her is by email or her calling you when she has something to say to you. Calling the office will only get you the receptionist and voicemail. There was a point in time where I got so frustrated that I had to actually tell her over the phone to see what I was doing for myself. After that conversation she finally realized what she had to do...represent me! I was diagnosed and she finally understood what I was going through. The case went on and it was resolved. I was very grateful for what she had done. I felt really good at that point. I was sent a letter explaining my representation and judgement. I called with a question on my driving status, the receptionist would find out and get back to me, she did. They told me nothing was wrong and to contact the dmv. The dmv said I was denied and had to go to court. I asked Leah for some advise... just information. I assumed attorneys would know given she has represented many dui cases. She told me she was unable to help since she had a personal matter to attend to, I asked if any other other attorney’s knew anything. She said they’re all to busy. Ok...I was frustrated again. I felt I couldn’t count on them to find out. She thanked me for informing her on this and that she would know this for future clients. I had to do it myself, I kept on contacting the dmv and finally I got a result when I talked to someone at the courthouse. It was simple file an application, see the judge and give the notarized letter to the dmv. I got everything in order and got my work license. This was an achievement for me because the months going through my case I had traveled by bus day in and day out. I was stunned that a law firm did not know this or just didn’t care. In the end I am doing much better. I think the best thing she ever said to me was I needed to work hard and be an advocate. I did and it shows. I felt that the service provided was ok and it was just another case. I have no regrets hiring Leah. Word of caution, it all depends on your effort.

I am forever indebted to the team at Mastantuono Coffee & Thomas. My son was in an extremely bad situation and things initially were not looking too promising. He was a person who had no major run-ins with the law. However, as a result of poor decision-making, he found himself being charged with multiple felonies and facing close to a decade in prison. After his initial arrest, I knew that he would need a top-tier criminal defense attorney to ensure that he'd receive due process of law while under the least restrictive conditions during his legal proceedings. Attorney Craig Mastantuono was professional, competent, strategic, responsive, and affordable! As a result of his skilled work, my son was allowed to choose which one of the three felonies he would plea to, all other felonious counts were dismissed and read-in to the plea. The Judge imposed a prison sentence of 38 months, divided between 14 months of initial incarceration and 24 months of extended supervision, but stayed the imposition of sentence for two years of probation with very reasonable conditions. In addition, his 20 days jail/Huber was also stayed. Lastly, the court record contains a promise from the State to revisit his felony conviction after five years to restore him to a non-felony status. My son broke the law. It was only fair to the victim and society that he should be held accountable for his actions. If it were not for attorney Craig Mastantuono and his dynamic team, I believe my son's legal battle would have ended in him being overly prosecuted. In this case, justice was served and the victim and offender were both pleased with the outcome. An added bonus is that Mastantuono Coffee and Thomas's work saved taxpayers between $675,000 to $1.8 million. Attorney Craig Mastantuono's criminal defense is simply unparalleled.
