Cons
1
Lack of communication and updates on case status
“I rarely ever speak to anyone at all only time I do is when I call them... And I honestly feel like if I wasn't an African American this matter would've been settled by now and that's just how I feel!”
2
Dissatisfaction with settlement amounts
“Told I was damn lucky got $19,000 out of the $150,000 they settled for...Ended up financially big mess. Thanks Hupy and Abraham Guess I missed out on my Million Dollars”
3
Perceived bias towards larger cases
“If your case not winning big pay checks you're not important 🤦🏾♀️They're horrible”
4
Concerns about hidden fees and costs
“We were just disgusted with the whole process and wanted to get our money and put it all behind us, so we signed the papers and left. We know we don't have any legal recourse, but we want you to know that we will tell as many people as we can NOT to hire your firm.”
5
Unresponsive and unhelpful staff
“Horrible customer service! Info sent to opposing insurance company was very incorrect - they didn't listen to facts of case. SO DISAPPOINTED took a year for nothing. Zero communication ! Very unprofessional.”
