Craig is a man with with a lot of resolve. He skillfully navigated between the prosecuting ADA's blockheadedness and my own. He is smart, clever, and compassionate. I could tell that he really cares about his work; he sees his clients as human, with lives to gain or lose. Whereas the prosecution only sees us as criminals (and maybe our lawyers' clients), Craig sees us as people; he put his absolute best into getting the best possible outcome for my case, and his wisdom had helped me get a good leg up on my new life. He's not just a lawyer, he's a man who believes (and rightly so) that he's doing the right thing.

Craig advocated for my son to be placed on probation and if he met multiple criteria during two years probation the charge would be reduced to misdemeanors. The argument for this recommendation was based on a precedent set in another case in a different county. He was a great advocate and spent time convincing the ADA and the judge that this was the best option. My son did meet the requirements for a reduction in sentence. He did a wonderful job on the revocation and the federal case that my loved one was fighting! Not only did he get him a good revocation sentence but he also got him a wonderful plea deal with his federal case! Craig got me the best outcome I could have asked for. Facing a mandatory minimum of 5-40 years my federal case ended with a sentence of only 2 years of supervised release. If you are looking for lawyer that will give you the real and not sugar coat anything then go with this law firm.

Words cannot explain my gratitude towards Craig A. Mastantuono for all that he has done to resolve my case. I am a non-immigrant working in USA. I was arrested for a domestic violence case and came out on bail. While looking for Criminal lawyers, I came across Craig and contacted his office and left a message for him. But unfortunately, I was charged with 2 counts of Disorderly Conduct and 1 count of Battery. In the end, the charges were amended to a county ordinance for disorderly conduct and the two other charges were dropped.
