I came to OVB Law when my business partner and I were having a compensation dispute. Prior to this incident I had never worked with legal counsel and I didn’t know what to expect, but I had received a referral for Emil and OVB Law from a fellow business owner. Emil reviewed the proposed resolutions and our incorporation documents and gave his legal analysis which led me to pursue a buyout from my business partner.
