Amazing attorney! Mr. Phillips took the time to understand every detail of our case and concerns, ensuring nothing was overlooked. Extremely hard-working and kept us in the loop. It made us feel valued and respected. I would definitely recommend and thank you for your strategic, thorough, and dedication to the positive outcome of our case.

Mr. Scott Phillips is a good man and an amazing attorney. He is an advocate for parents. I can’t say enough about how wonderful he is at what he does. I would highly recommend him.

Never prepared me for Court. He just sat there and said nothing. He lead me to believe he could do the job by telling me he never lost a case against the other Lawyer but the truth is he never even met the other Lawyer.

Mike was very convincing that he could handle the case but when he would appear with me in Court he said nothing nor did he prepare me for any court appearances. The plaintiffs' atty. corrected him on several proceedures. He never raised any objection to the remarks made by the plaintiffs Atty. He sat there saying nothing, let me get screwed and charged me $250.00 an hour. After he lost the case he met me in the hallway and said if I gave him more money he could get it all back. If he had said something to the Judge while we were in Court I wouldn’t have lost. He never present the court with all he information I supplied him with. The only thing he did say was “You can talk to the Judge now”, he let me sit there unprepared. He told me that he never lost a case against the plaintiffs’ atty. and that is because he never handled a case before with the plaintiffs’ atty. This gave me false hope. I even had an offer to purchase that the Judge through out along with a long list of obligations that the plaintiff owed me. He does not have a staff or an associate and that should have been my clue to not hire him.
