They do not respond when you are requesting a refund, and if you get a refund they make an invoice with bogus charges and keep 80% of your money. They do not provide other available options for services, just the services that make them more money.

Having an Attorney was a new experience for us.
From the first time I spoke with Frank on the phone in the Milwaukee office through our meeting with Attorney Mark in the Kenosha office, we felt very comfortable. They were very accessible and friendly.
They offered good advice and answered all our questions in language we could understand. We definitely felt they were looking out for our best interests.
We highly recommend them!

Thank you all for your assistance through a challenging time in our lives, while being professional, and understanding. Mark and Angela made what was a what felt like a failure in our lives, feel more like tough times, and reminded us that we did what we could to avoid filing bankruptcy. I had a wonderful experience with Miller & Miller. They were so helpful and willing to work with me with monthly payments. They have also went over my expectations and have made this process so easy for me. This is my first time needing this type of assistance and Miller & Miller was my first and only choice. If I had to go through this process again in my life (which I will not) I will go with Miller & Miller.

I went there as a depressed person who didn't know what I was going to do about these creditors hounding me, but after I talked with the attorney there and found out my options.. I left there happy and and stress free.
