I had a lot of credit card debt, and I managed to pay every month, but I could never get ahead. When my income went down during the pandemic, I knew I was a hare's breath from having my debt overwhelm me. As a responsible person, I was embarrassed and scared about filing for bankruptcy. The decision to file was hard, but, with Kirk's help, actually filing was MUCH easier than I ever could have hoped. My initial contact was with another lawyer at his firm, but I was assigned to Kirk for my first meeting. He is calm, funny, non-judgmental, efficient and absolutely reassuring. From the first meeting where we discussed my financial situation, he made me feel I was making the right decision. He told me what was going to happen and what records I needed to provide. He always answered my questions quickly, and I know he did a LOT of work on his end to make my Chapter 7 bankruptcy happen. I really trust him - he's dedicated to providing good service and doing the job right. If you're considering bankruptcy to discharge debt, but you're scared of what it will take, talk to Kirk. My bankruptcy is now filed, the price was very reasonable, my house is still mine, and I feel like I have my life back. I really can't recommend Kirk highly enough.
