Thank you for giving me a fresh start

They don’t even deserve a star! They expect you to pay there over priced fees and your doing all of the work! Worst experience EVER! I would NOT recommend, they loose paper work ! Their services do not match up yo what you have to pay !

Extremely happy I used Miller&Miller. Attorney Ross Stern was amazing and super helpful. I had a very unique chapter 7 case involving the risk of losing my severance package or having to convert my case to a chapter 13. He gave me all my options and explained the pros and cons of each option along with the risks involved. I felt confident with the knowledge I received from Attorney Ross to pursue my case using the option with the highest risk. It was my choice which option I wanted to pursue and he continuously fought for me and provided evidence to the trustee to support my exemption. In the end, We were able to prove my exemption to the trustee was valid. Thank you Attorney Ross for everything!

Beyond filling the paperwork to the courts I have no clue why I even paid for a lawyer. It seemed so great in the beginning and everyone was so helpful. Until I started having to hound and constantly leave voicemails and emails and get no replies. Here I am a month after court in which I was suppose to meet with the lawyer before court and / or after court which never happened so I was left hanging. I call after the court to figure out where certain state debt stood and took awhile to actually get a response in which I was told we have to wait to see. Here I am a month well after court now still leaving emails and still leaving messages and I get no response. They sure make you think in the beginning it will be all okay and they are so helpful but come down to it, you pay quite a bit for a service that all they do is file. Good luck if you actually need help or have questions. Because here I am still waiting on a response with no clue where I stand. I won’t recommend anyone to come here, nothing but frustrations and a waste of your money.
