I honestly can't say enough about how helpful Deborah Stencel was for me. I called about my student loans and with one quick phone call she advised me how to take advantage of a student loan program I didn't even know existed. Insane as it is, I saw $207,000 in student loans forgiven because of the advice she gave me. The craziest part is that she didn't even charge me for the call--she determined there was nothing she could do except give me that information. And it worked! I'm still in shock.

Absolutely wonderful experience

This attorney firm for my bankruptcy was the worst attorneys I’ve ever worked with. I was injured doing my duties for the United States postal service January 2023. The entire year up to today I’ve been off recovering. I had the best credit etc up until the day I was injured. Pay for being injured has been many times less than when I was working. I ended up in financial ruins due to this. Going from a great life being able to live well to living out of a dumpster on not to many words. I was being harassed by creditors who cared nothing about my issues. I then was being evicted out of my home. So I had seen Miller and Millers ad on Facebook. I did call them to have a consultation. There recording when you call alone catches your attention. So I was told that filing the bankruptcy would stop all creditors as well as my eviction. Was told no one could harass me while in bankruptcy. So I was sold. I did this to ease the financial burden and start rebuilding my life and credit per there ads and recordings. I was told I had to pay $1,000 to start them $326 per month for 5 years. So I borrowed the money from my girlfriend to pay this. It stoped all in the beginning. I was then having issues during my bankruptcy with my landlord and the owner of my building he owned and there attorney. Something personal happened to me and I was gone from my residence for a short time. My girlfriend who resided with me and my daughter cared for our place while I was gone. When I got home there was an illegal document placed on my door by the landlord forcing me to not enter my home. I called the local police and they would not allow me in either. The document was illegal for one and the landlord was in violation of laws protecting me while in bankruptcy. So who did I call, who I thought was my lawyers, Miller and Miller. I told them I was being forced out. I talked to one lady and wanted to speak with my lawyer. I was given 5 days to remove my property. My attorneys were called daily more than 5 times each day to help me. I was told that my attorney talked to the landlord’s attorney via email. My attorney is Mark G. That man not one time talked to me. His receptionist told me he told there attorney this was illegal blah blah blah. But never one time called me to help me take action. I remind you I filed the chapter 13 to STOP THE EVICTION!! My attorney firm did nothing to help. I ended up being forced out with what’s called a self help eviction. My attorney finally called me after I threatened complaints to all against there firm. He was quite rude. I said I’m done with this bs bankruptcy and he said then don’t pay the trustee and your done. Ive attempted 100 times to call there office to get reimbursed money. I’ve had to do the legal things myself by letter writing to the courts. I’ve been living in a hotel for two months costing thousands. I’ve filed a complaint through the department of consumer protections in Wisconsin against my landlord and now going to against Miller and Miller. I absolutely was misled by this firm not only by talking but also by there message when you call there firm. I was told and misled that your credit starts rebuilding. It does not for 10 years or so. I don’t think ever in the hundreds of calls I made did I ever talk to a live person . You always get an answering machine. They never respond back. When they do it’s always something rude. The main thing here is I paid for the service to protect me from creditors harassing. That happened and was told to Miller and Miller. I paid to stop my eviction. That failed as well. This firm has caused me even MORE serious mental health issues , stress etc. i believed in them that my life would be great again if i hired them. It has not. They took advantage of me while i was already down. They have no hearts no compassion. I had to borrow from someone who did not have this. They were told this. But I paid them to protect me and stop all the harassment. I would not wish this on anyone. Do not hire this firm. I’m asking for a refund. Thank you! Anthony.
