Hello I can't express enough how Jonah has helped me in the process of getting a new car during a chapter 13. From start to finish he was so polite, honest, thorough and worked quickly to get the ball rolling. I can't thank him enough he is the best.

I had a phone consult with this team and discussed payments and info on what they may offer. I was told I would be sent an email with a payment agreement to go over and I would need to sign and send back to get started. I did get that email and decided to NOT sign the payment agreement and to go with another company that I felt fit my needs better. I emailed them back, also email the financial advisor. I called them several times and left voicemail and a message with the secretary, I also sent a text to the phone number I received a text. They are two days in a row now trying to remove money off my account with nothing signed and ignoring all my attempts to reach them. I’m going to keep calling, I also have all my proofs of everything I have done to try and tell them I never signed agreements to move forward.

My experience was horrible at first. There was not consistent follow up except my constant emailing. It went on for too long. However, once the manager got involved, the service has been exceptional. My recommendation would be to call and email for follow up initially and get the manager involved sooner if you are not receiving the service you expect. The manager is amazing as are the attorneys.

Communication has been lacking. I have to make myself feel heard/remembered. After being told I’ll hear back any day maybe even later tonight and 11 days passed with absolute silence I asked that I be given a date to expect to hear back or for me to reach out to them and was told that ‘I cannot give you daily updates’ In my initial phone conversation I was lead to believe they would be able to settle my debt for 65% of the balance at the most likely lower. They came back and told me I’d have to pay 81% of the total in a lump sum after factoring in what I’m paying Miller and Miller in total I’d be paying 91% of the total. This was nearly 30% higher than the highest cost I was lead to believe I’d have to pay. I let them know I wasn’t satisfied, paying 90% upfront doesn’t make sense to save 10% on an old debt, and would like to push for a lower amount. at this point I received so much pushback I began to feel like I was talking to the debt collectors who sued me instead of the person I hired. they told me I’d likely lose my job if I don’t take the deal and were to get garnished, I said I doubt that but I’d check and Joe assured me he’s seen it happen to people in my career and has had to help them file for bankruptcy, implying the same may happen to me. After talking to my supervisors I found out I’m 100% in the clear with no risk to my job if I were to be garnished. Seems like something to know before negotiating not after. I also asked if I could get my judgement vacated/dismissed only to be told no that’s impossible. When I said ‘so I’m just reading nonsense online?’ He said ‘well we can try but it’s not a hill to die on’ So far It feels like the law firm I retained is misguiding me and brushing off my concerns to make a quick sale and get my case closed Overall it doesn’t feel like I’ve been well taken care of, leaving this review here for now and will update once my case is finished. As I was ultimately told there may be some wiggle room still. Update: I was told there was no wiggle room. All things considered I felt scammed.

The company is very thorough and respond right away. They help you in anyway. I highly recommend them. They are very personable

I have been working with Joe. I started with a consolidation company 8 months ago to pay off my credit. They were not helping me to the fullest and allowing me to get sued. I am a single mother and cannot afford the debt I put myself in. I called Miller and Miller with an open court date for a credit card and 15000 in debt with credit cards. I was frantic, scared, stressed and worried about my finances. At the very first call with Miller and Miller, they were very concerned and confident they could help me. They understood I needed help and heard the concerns in my voice. They asked me questions to assure they could help and made me feel at ease that I could finally breathe again financially. Joe contacted my Credit card that had the law sued and gave me 90 days to pay off the amount to file for my bankruptcy.
