Owner is not empathetic and refuses to refund us 1300 dollars because we left due to his team's disrespect, misleading advice and the lack of customer service that they provide.Who doesn't return over 1000 dollars to poor people? Not once did they send a letter to my debt collectors , I was still getting harassed, yet Im still denied a refund. Makes perfect sense. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.If you want to be taken advantage of, be disrespected and shown no sympathy towards, then this is your place. My husband and I went to them to get a bankruptcy. My husband filed a seven years ago which means that I was the only one who was able to file. We asked constantly will his debt be discharged also. We were told by some woman,not even sure who she was because we were bounced around to so many people, but I want to say it was Shasta, that our attorney said that since it's a marital state that his debt will automatically be included, in her words ,This is the work around because its a marital state. We immediately paid the 100 out the enormous 2600 they asked from us, in order to hire them. She advised us not to pay our cards any more and to only pay the house and car. Well we did exactly that. We were then sent multiple emails on what they needed from us which included all of my husband's personal information and for him to complete the credit course. We submitted and did everything. Cool, no problem. Well, months after we paid them up, they sent me an email to confirm the creditors,I noticed that my husband's debts were missing even though I put everything in their workbook. I told them the issue to which they replied His debt isn't being discharged. So we were flat out lied to. I immediately put a hold on paying them any more money, at this point, we paid them 1300 dollars. I spoke to Shasta, who is very unprofessional. She didn't have any type of sympathy and still demanded that I pay them the rest of the money. She kept stating ,Well you are already ready to file so why would you not want to file anymore?. Well because you all lied to us. Why would I pay 2600 for only my credit card debt, high way robbery in my opinion. On top of that, now my husband has to catch up on all of his debt and you think that we can just throw more money you all's way ,They told us we have to up the monthly payment to meet their deadline of the 90 days after filing. Once again, no sympathy from her. She stated that she had to speak to her so called accounting team. Going on a week and I still haven't heard from her about my refund. To add fuel to the fire,Joe ,who is also very rude and unprofessional, called and yelled at me because I refused to continue to go through the process with them.He brought up a scenario of my family getting sick and it leading to more debt, very odd of him to say. On top of that, goodluck speaking/dealing directly with a lawyer here, you will speak to everyone but a lawyer. They kept asking for paperwork that I sent in already. Wish I never went here to be honest. Reply back I did speak to only two attorney's, the owner being the last. He also refused to refund me because supposedly they did work on my file. They never even sent letters to my debt collectors,even though I was paid to file since December. So what work was being done exactly?My review still stands,would not recommend.
