Inconsistent communication and lack of responsiveness from some staff
“I have had to make myself feel heard/remembered. After being told I'll hear back any day maybe even later tonight and 11 days passed with absolute silence I asked that I be given a date to expect to hear back or for me to reach out to them and was told that 'I cannot give you daily updates'”

Misleading information and failure to deliver on promised services
“I was told and misled that your credit starts rebuilding. It does not for 10 years or so. I don't think ever in the hundreds of calls I made did I ever talk to a live person.”
