“Not impressed, take your business somewhere else, Ms Johnson was rude, they did not return or contact me unless I initiated contact, I felt that Mr Kalkoff did not press the insurance company to get a larger settlement , he did tell me three times that this was the final offer and he and pksd firm thought it was fair and I may not get anymore, I asked that he contact them again , and he did , insurance co increased the settlement offer it took over a year to settle, ultimately I did settle for less than I thought was fair, I would not recommend this firm, I sent a review to pksd, waited for them to contact me to explain or reassure me , again no response so here it is, I would not recommend them to anyone, find another law firm”
