The best attorney in America

I arrived in the united states from China seeking asylum in September 2014. In January 2015 I hired a lawyer in Chicago to prepare for Asylum and permanent residence. In July 2017 I passed my Interview. Then my case was sent to the local field office in Milwaukee on August 24, 2017. August 2023 I hired a different lawyer. After one year I fired that attorney. A good friend of mine in Wisconsin recommended John Sesini to me. My first phone call to John was September 10th 2024, I was immediately impressed with his knowledge and understanding of my case , just by answering 3 or 4 questions. He instructed me in what I needed to do to move forward with my case when others had no clue what to do. In all of my interactions with John, he was Professional, courteous, quick and patient to answer any questions that I had. He would work on his days off to give me the help I needed. Within 5 months, I now hold my Permanent Residence card in my hand. I would highly recommend anyone who needs an immigration lawyer to retain Sesini Law Firm. In the past I have worked with Attorney Locke and have never had an issue. I ended up losing my wife to cancer and wanted to proceed with a Widows Petition, Tony directed me to John because he knew more about this topic. It has been a nightmare, I started this process earlier this year and am still at square 1. I set an appointment to talk and he never calls or we talk and i have to reexplain everything all over again and just tells me he will call me back because he has to look more into it. I emailed him all my documents in June and have yet to hear anything. I emailed Attorney Locke in September to see if i could just work with him and never received anything back. This is so unfortunate because i really trusted this firm from the experience I’ve had in the past but it leaves me no choice but to look elsewhere. Sucks i had to waste so much time trying to get this started but it is what it is.

Tengo un caso con el y supuestamente es uno de los mejores abogados y cuando llamas para saber sobre tu caso no contestan o si te contestan asta se molestan porque les preguntas sobre tu caso o te dicen que no saben cómo va tu caso te trafieren con el abogado que nunca contesta siempre te manda a buzón. En mi opinión no son tan buenos como me lo recomendaron sobre todo muy caros sus honorarios eh visto abogados hacer mejores trabajos o lo menos tener mejor comunicación con sus clientes y an logrado un buen resultado para sus clientes y no son tan elevados sus honorarios.

Extremely rude, there are many other lawyers in Chicago that will go the extra step this guy on the other hand just wants your money but does 0 Work for it!

John is extremely professional and helpful. While it took a day or so for him to get back to me, when we were able to connect, he went way out of his way to answer several questions I had. Both he and his secretary/assistant were extremely gracious, knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. Highly recommended!
