If i could give a -10 I would!! If you want to lose custody, get supervised visits, have someone take 5000.00+ for a retainer, not file paperwork timely, use inappropriate case law for family law, sign your name electronically on paperwork you've never seen or approved of, doesn't return calls, doesn't return emails, doesn't return texts, doesn't file subpeonas or have them served properly, costed me more in attorney fees from my ex, wont file paperwork to fix his screw ups- then THIS is your kind of attorney! His office manager Souvit Townes is just as horrible as he is. The judge actually suggested I file a legal malpractice lawsuit against him. We had court on the 13th of December, and as of today Jan 2nd- not one response from him, no court paperwork has been sent to me nothing. I can call from my number 10x and no answer, but I can call from a different number and the office will answer. I tried firing him and asked him to electronically withdrawal from my case, and he can't even withdraw from my case! HE IS A NEGLIGENT ATTORNEY! He blames the court system, judges etc. I've given him an opportunity to right all of his wrong doings by filing an appeal- and I got NOTHING! STILL NOTHING, AND MORE NOTHING. If the judge did something wrong (Honorable Lynott- Racine Court System) then file the appeal, go above and beyond- i thought you were supposed to represent me and my family? Not fold and cower and run away... I guess a lawsuit is the way I have to take since I can't even get him to withdrawl/file a completion and opt out which is delaying my appeal as the court house wont accept any filings from me without him removing himself!
