Yo recomiendo al abogado caín porque hace un exelente trabajo el estuvo siempre muy al pendiente de mi caso apesar que estuve 4 años en México esperando por mis papeles para poder regresar a Milwaukee con mis hijos nunca me abandono el trabajo mucho para traerme de regreso yo estoy muy agradecida con el abogado porque gracias a el ahorita estoy feliz con mis hijos que Dios bendiga al abogado siempre .

I have employed dozens of lawyers in my life--but never felt strongly enough to review one on AVVO. Cain assisted us with completing my wife's green card application, travel permit application and sponsorship paperwork. I have two graduate degrees (business, not law) but would not have wanted to submit these forms without competent counsel. Our application was accepted without issue, my wife has already had her biometrics meeting, and I am confident that everything will go smoothly from here forward, owing to Cain's excellent work upfront. My wife and I hired Mr. Cain Oulahan for my K-1 fiance visa process and Green Card (with conditions). Cain was extremely professional and attentive to our needs and questions. I truly felt he cared about our success. I was successfully granted my K-1 visa, as well as my Green Card. I would not recommend going through the marriage-based Green Card process without legal representation because of the intricacy of the case, especially preparing the application documents. Cain helped us organize all our documents and made sure we had more than enough evidence to put forth in our interview. If you find yourself feeling insecure about the daunting immigration process ahead, I strongly recommend reaching out to Cain. We plan on hiring him in the future to remove the conditions on my Green Card.

There's nothing simple about applying for a green card for one's spouse, or applying for the lifting of restrictions after the two year probationary period expires. We couldn't have done it without Cain, and in terms of the lifting of restrictions, we even tried. Knowing what documents to gather, what must be translated and how, how to package the application, etc. shouldn't be done without a good lawyer, in our opinion. We didn't end up in court, but if we had, I can't imagine not having a lawyer who'd been with us every step of the way. Our petition to lift restrictions was rejected after being in process for six months past the original green card expiration date. We went back to Cain, who quickly identified and made the necessary adjustments so we could appeal. Our appeal was approved within a month. Throughout all these processes, Cain kept us informed and, frankly, he also kept us from going insane.

I hired Mr. Cain Oulahan for the second time, after he helped me to resolve my revoked Legal Residency Status the first time, to help me become a U.S. Citizen the second time. I have to say that his help was top notch, he was on top of my case, and always communicated with me when needed. I am completely satisfied with the services he provided me with, and today, and thanks to his help, I am a citizen of this great country. I would highly recommend Mr Cain Oulahan to anybody who needs a great service, he can certainly provide you with it! Of course, you need to be prepared, since it depends only on you when it comes to come out with all the documentation needed to successfully present your case to the Immigration authorities. If you're not prepared, they can't pull magic tricks to make you look good, it's 95% your work!

We worked with Cain in order to get my husband residency. He had great personal skills and knowledge to be able to inform us on the whole process and walk us through the unexpectedness. He took extra time to answer all questions and left us feeling very confident with our decision. He was willing to go above and beyond by meeting us in Chicago for our interview on not only the snowiest day of the year, but also his Birthday. We would highly recommend Cain and his staff!

I hired Cain to help complete a simple I-751. The application he assembled and submitted was missing basic required material. When one hires an lawyer, money is exchanged for the lawyer's time and expertise. As I had neither, I hired Cain in order to prevent a request for evidence and the dreaded interview. As it turns out, missing required material gives you an automatic request for evidence. I would have been better off doing the form myself! I do not recommend this lawyer unless you like wasting your time and WANT to go to an interview!
