Tom has done insurance defense work for me for several years. I have worked many mediations with him over the years and he has successfully defended several jury trials for us as well. Tom is always prepared. He does a great job determining liability and has is very good at evaluating injuries. He’s a tough, but fair negotiator. He has the respect of plaintiff counsel and mediators. He has a very calm demeanor, even in stressful situations. Tom also has excellent expert resources.
