I had quite a bit of credit card debt and I couldn't afford to pay it off. I decided bankruptcy was my only option. After talking with Chad, we decided I should file bankruptcy. I am glad I did because now I am debt free and I can start over with a clean slate. The bankruptcy was easier and faster to complete than I thought it would be.

As with most people filing chapter 7, I had much anxiety about the process. Chad quickly set my mind at ease, clearly laid out the steps I needed to take and then got right to work for me. Correspondence was fast and his staff-helpful. Chad Schomburg certainly earns my recommendation.

In my opinion Chad did an excellent job in processing and keeping me informed of my Chapter 7 Bankruptcy. It is now a big "burden" off of my back and I can now focus on "re-building" my credit. His rates are very comparable and I certainly recommend his services.

Mr. Schomburg made this such an easy process. From the beginning he explained everything so that I knew what would be happening. Whenever I had a question I would email him and he would promptly reply to my question. He was always available and helpful.

Our Attorney Chad Schomburg made everything less stressful. I mean he covered every issue and responded quickly with any questions or problems we may have. He got our second mortgage removed before we finished our 5 year period. highly recommended for everyone filing bankruptcy.
