This lawyer likes to rush and doesn't take his clients into consideration. He puts little to no efford into his cases. He more a accident lawyer those are more straight to the point cases insurance investigated police reports in. CUT AND DRY CASES..

I contacted Joseph on 9-18-18 and he told me he doesn’t have time to help me because my case is to “time consuming”!!! But his retainer is $10,000!!! What on earth!!! I would not waist your time with him as he is not an advocate for single moms!!!

I contacted Atty Alioto after a family friend recommended him to me. I spoke with him over the phone and explained the traffic situation I was involved in. He not only told me how to handle it, he treated me with respect and kindness. I continue to use him as an advisor and refer him to my friends and family. He is fast, reliable and most of all, excellent at his job. I wish more people were as honest as he is.

This Individual should find another line of work that Is not so challenging. He has been Involved in a case since February of 2016 and In December of 2016 stated to the Judge that he did not know too much about the case..That he wasn't really that familiar with said case...Are you kidding me ? If he spent as much time on his cases as he did on his Tanning then he might actually have more knowledge...What a joke..But that's a WI. Attorney for you. This guy Is not a bulldog Attorney , More like a Poodle with a tan. No passion what so ever for his so called profession.
