I hired John Smerlinski to represent me on a misdemeanor disorderly conduct charge. John didn't promise any outcome but suggested a course of action in which the criminal charge could be amended to a municipal citation. I followed through in his recommendations and he was able to negotiate the charge to a citation and small fine which was the best case outcome for me. I highly recommend hiring John for anyone facing criminal charges as he provided excellent representation and obtained a good outcome for me.
