My husband and I enjoyed working with Attorney Underwood to have our Estate Planning done. He was professional: listened to our specific requests, explained clearly any questions we had and he made suggestions when we needed him to. He was very organized: phone call was on time, emails were returned in an impressive time and meeting reminders were sent a day or two in advance. At appointments his table had hand sanitizer, pen for each client and even a notepad was available. At the signing, he explained each section slowly and clearly. It was a good experience for my husband and I working with Attorney Underwood. We highly recommend him to anyone who needs a lawyer within his scope of practice.

It’s so hard to know where to even begin but I’ll keep it as simple as I can. Saying thank you to Matt and Chong doesn’t even it. Matt was hired to assist in obtaining documents regarding estate probate. For the two years prior, the personal representative refused to send requested information. Matt helped obtain records and reviewed them with me. He was always punctual, professional, civil, and courteous, even when others were not. He stayed focused on facts and next steps, did not engage in petty or divisiveness, then lived up to his word and conferenced in other professionals as needed. I am delighted to contribute a review of my recent interaction with Matt Underwood.
