Very positive experience. Estate planning was something we didn’t know much about besides needing to make sure our kids were all set up. Matt was easy to work with, very knowledgeable, took his time explaining and answering our questions, and was very responsive via email. Easy to recommend! Lives up to the reviews.

Matthew was a pleasure to work with and the process was clearly laid out during the initial meeting. While I needed fairly basic documents in place, Will, POA, etc., I appreciated the short timeline he was able to commit to. He was very understanding, nonjudgmental, and had the foresight to include articles that don't currently apply to me but likely will in the future. I met Chong at the signing meeting, and she too, was a delight to work. I would highly recommend Underwood Legal and have suggested them to some of my friends who are looking to get their POAs updated.

Matthew was very easy to work with. It took us awhile to decide how we wanted to set up the trust but, he was very patient, explained options no matter how often we asked! Once we settled on the plan that was best for us he put it together and went through everything with us. The whole process went very smoothly. We all felt very comfortable and will refer friends when we can.

Attorney Matt Underwood made sure all my concerns were dealt with, without added drama, and he took care of all necessary requirements for a land contract real estate transaction. I was grateful to have him and his team do my Land Contract. I will definitely call him again, if I need legal help and I highly recommend him to others.
