Matt and Chong worked with us in developing our estate plan. We were able to do all of our meetings prior to signing via zoom, which was amazing for our schedules alone. Their work is very professional and thorough. They were extremely flexible with our timeline and were patient with us as we explored all of the options in our estate plan. After we had signed all documents they did an excellent job of making sure all loose ends were completed. I trust that we have a strong plan in place for our family and would highly recommend their services!

I worked with Underwood Legal on my sister's estate when she passed away. They are very good to work with and were very understanding with me. My sister's estate was not very big so Matthew worked with me in keeping my bill as small as possible. I would highly recommend this place!!

I had an issue with the attorney my parents hired to do their estate planning and let her go shortly after my mom passed away. I had interviewed two other attorneys to take over the estate but wasn't real comfortable with them. Then my dad passed and I had to have an attorney to handle a sizable estate. I chose Rebecca Mackie at Kohls and Associates which was an excellent choice. I don't think I could have found anyone that was as personable, knowledgeable, and helpful. She was very fair and honest with billable hours (which was the issue I had with the previous attorney) and very reasonable rates. I would definitely recommend Rebecca for your Estate needs. Also talked and worked with Nicole and Tony at Kohls who were also very helpful so I'm sure everyone at Kohls & Associates has the same great work ethic.

I would like to recommend Matt to others because of my experience in working with him. My family needed both estate and LLC work done and Matt was referred to us by another family member. I am always skeptical of attorneys just as a matter of course, but I found Matt to be responsible with his time, a great resource in providing both solid counsel and correct documents, and meeting our specific needs compared to just doing "legal" work.
