I wouldn't have believed it had I not seen it with my own 2 eyes. Horribly corrupt family court, GAL does not do a thorough investigation, Commissioner is a angry mean person. Do not get a divorce in this county if you have children. I guarantee you will have issues you never imagined could happen to you.

Seems that there's a huge problem in this area. The cops can write tickets and arrest people but once in court nothing is done just plea barging and b.s. for instance thomas schmid case has on bond and has police contact almost every day got tickets and arrested still out still doing the same deal. He must run this town not are voted officials. It's really sad to see a whole community harassed by this one guy and always get off Scott free. I mean how many times van one person get pulled over for the same thing and not get it for habitual offender. This town needs a good d.a. And judge to actually bring justice to are small community. Hopefully this is heard this time and not ignored like so many other cases.
