I had never been accused or charged with any criminal offense, so you can probably guess that I was 100% inexperienced, concerned, nervous, and every other fitting word you can think of. I actually forgot to send my written side of the story for her to better understand, in order to give her the best possible chance to have a positive outcome from the District Attorney's office. I felt I was innocent of any wrongdoing, and that perhaps the police may have even violated some of my rights ( which I didn't know enough about the laws to accurately make a firm assertation at the time). Amy listened, understood, and contacted the DA's office. When she heard back from them, they made an offer to lower it to a city citation. She remembered that I could lose my business insurance, so she contacted them. They understood that I am not a potential threat to anyone, and dropped the charges and citation completely. She was more efficient and concise than I could have imagined!

Amy has been great! She was always up front and open about everything pertaining to my case. When I hired her, DA Pete Hahn wanted me to sit 3 years and an additional 3 years on probation. This was absurd considering my crimes and Amy agreed and fought to show the court who I was. Amy was always available and very thorough and I appreciate her more than she probably knows.

Hired Mrs. Menzel to help with a sentence modification. She was able to get the modification done in one hearing with a Judge that I didn’t feel would go in my favor. Mrs. Menzel is very professional and knows how the judges are and plans accordingly. I really wish I had hired her when I was dealing with my case back in 2015. If your looking for an attorney that will fight for you and get the best results, I would personally recommend Mrs. Menzel. Well worth the money and it’s the standard rate for any attorney and will be well spent money to have her fighting for you.

If you want a very intelligent, detailed attorney who will fight for your rights, care for you truly like you are their family member hire attorney Menzel. She helped me through a terrible time in my life. She got me the best plea deal I could possibly get. I had a previous attorney who was competent; however, Attorney Menzel wad by far the best attorney I had an experience with. She is a former ADA for outagamie county and KNOWS how the DA thinks.
