I been with Peter for legal issues since before he had his OWN FIRM. I was with him at Dempsey law firm in Oshkosh. Now he owns his own firm. This is truly incredible and the American dream. He is a Very smart attorney & one that I wouldn't want to go against!

Peter is extremely hard working and intelligent, often reaching out to in the evenings or even a Sunday to touch base. He gave expert legal advice, and was very being very compass and empathetic, using his own experiences as guidelines. Firm scheduled an appointment, at their convenience, for an initial appointment. Instead of the appointment as scheduled in the afternoon, the attorney called at 7:57am and left a voicemail stating that the morning worked better for him requesting a call back. Upon calling the Firm back at the scheduled time, the attorney was not available and I was told that he will call back at whatever is convenient for him. I informed the person on the phone that my schedule is important too and that the meeting was missed by them without rescheduling so I would need a new appointment time. I was told I would have to reschedule out two weeks. I rescheduled with the extended delay as they requested. On the day of the second schedule appointment, the attorney called early by a few minutes and left a voicemail indicating to call back. I made a call to the office at the scheduled time and was told I could not get in contact with him. I was told I needed to leave a voicemail for him and reschedule, despite talking to the person on the phone at the exact scheduled time. This type of behavior is not what is expected from any business, let alone an attorney. Notice of this behavior was provided as a formal complaint to my employer/employee sponsored legal plan which referred me to the Firm in hopes they remove their collaboration to save others from similar treatment. Updating this review based on further behavior from the Firm: after posting this review when unable to get ahold of anyone at the firm and forced into leaving voicemails twice during my scheduled time, the firm attempted to call 2 times (once an hour after posting the review and once 4 hours after posting the review). The firm left only one voicemail from the attempted call 4 hours after posting the review. Instead of taking ownership for the two incidents where the Firm failed to be available at the scheduled time, their response below was provided in which they attempted to place the blame on me for not being able to answer their repetitive calls at unscheduled times when they were not even able to make their scheduled appointments in addition to providing falsely inflated information about the number of times they attempted to correct the situation. I’m sure this Firm provides decent business to some, they just didn’t to me.

Peter and his staff have been vastly helpful and resourceful for our family's needs. We will continue to use Peter's services, and recommend others to him all day long!

Caveat Emptor -- Let the buyer beware! Peter Culp seems to be a very intelligent man, but his arrogance affects his performance. It was routinely difficult getting answers to questions in a timely manner; every other case he is working on is more important than yours. The icing on the cake was failing to file a document for over 6 months. It was ultimately filed post mortem. Thankfully the document had been recorded earlier and was still accepted by the court. Consider if you are willing to take that risk. In his arrogance and lack of follow through, he told us that we would have to go through probate. I am now in the process of closing an unnecessary probate case -- with a responsive, reliable law firm.

Employed him in the past and wasn't thrilled. Emoyed him again because he was familiar with the case and as in the past he was quick to bill but not quick to reach out or respond. Left a message and he called the next day saying he was super busy with other court dates and he would have time to call us the next day. It's now 3 weeks later with no call, so we are looking at other options

Peter is the hardest working person I know. He is incredibly intelligent and treats people with kindness and compassion. He is by far the only lawyer I recommend.

Mr. Culp was very rude and disrespectful. He was impossible to get a hold of. Took my retainer and never heard from him. When I finally did get a hold of him he said that is not how we operate and that we should end the attorney client relationship. Mr. Culp does not have time to contact me as a client but he has time to respond to a bad review bringing up issues that don’t pertain to anything that I hired him for. However when a false accusation restraining order is attached to a divorce proceedings I was expecting him to represent me. However the lack of communication and overall unwillingnessTo return phone calls text messages or messages left with his office left me wondering exactly what It is he does. for this reason I will not be recommending him to anybody ever. And why I terminated our attorney client relationship.

Tried to contact Mr. Culp several times. Never actually getting a callback. Paid my retainer I never heard from him. Had to call the office several times before actually getting a callback and When I finally did get a hold of him explain to him my situation and what was going on he told me “that is not how I operate and maybe we should end the attorney client relationship“ very disappointed because he was recommended by another very good lawyer. I would not recommend Mr. Culp to anybody.
