I would like to start by saying I'm not a lawyer or an actor. I was a blue collar worker for the Wisconsin Department of (Corruption) I mean corrections. With that being said! Robert Mihelich (BoB) , 3800 characters in not enough to describe what this man has done for the lives for 2 state employees. Before I had met Mr. Mihelich I talked to 4 other Employment lawyers. that was all it was talk. When an Attorney's first word's out of his mouth is his rate, our conversation is over. I came to Mihelich Law office in 2010, after being abused the system I had worked in for 15 years. I sat down with Bob and he listen to a story of cover ups, abuse and sexual misconduct. When the word's came out of his mouth," that is mess up" his reaction was real. I knew right then and there he was the man I wanted to represent us in a class action suit. He was more than just an Attorney. He was a counselor, and a rolodex of information that I never knew existed. Every thing he told us would happen did, he said it would be an up hill climb and it was. It wasn't going to be easy and it wasn't, after all we are taking on the state. Bob was with us every step of the way. He made us feel like we where his only clients and that wasn't easy. After all I know I wasn't the easiest to work with. He showed compassion and understanding when my son who is in the Marines got sent over seas. He would ask how my kid was doing after we discussed my case. It was unreal the way he treated us and how he walked us through the process. I have stayed in touch with Mr. Mihelich, and I refer people to him as often as I can. It's nice to know he is out there and ready to listen to his next client. We can never repay him for all he has done to make our lives whole. He truly is one of a kind. Oh! and we did win our case. God bless you Bob and all and your team has done for us.

My case is one of wrongful termination by my employer of 25 years. I have a mental disability and was terminated because symptoms of my disability manifested at work. My employer was aware of my disability but still chose to fire me. Attorney Mihelich took my case and was extremely professional, supportive and helped me understand the law regarding my case. His years of experience showed in the way he communicated about my case. He worked hard on my case and I won. My employer appealed and I won again. Attorney Mihelich kept me informed along the way and always told me what to expect next. From the beginning Attorney Mihelich made me feel comfortable about my case and assured me that I was the one who had been wronged. He told me I had a case and that I had an ally in him who would protect me and help me. When I had questions and called him I would get a response within 24 hours. Either he or someone from his office would contact me with an answer. The Judges decision gave me lost wages and made sure my employer offered me my job back. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a Labor Law Attorney. I already have recommended him to two of my friends. He was great to work with.

Robert Mihelich listens well, asks good questions, takes concise notes doesn't talk over your head and presents several views of how to resolve your dilemma or situation. He knows his business, is straight forward, very mater-of-fact and easy to talk to.

Bob navigated the difficult waters of making a claim for many hours of back overtime. He was particularly helpful during the interview (not the right term, but...) by the opposition's high priced lawyer. He got me a decent settlement.

Bob was very perceptive and knowledgeable in responding to a former employer's threatening letter recently. He was able to sort out the facts from a very complicated employment history, as well as , determining legalities of some of there claims. With a couple of responses and a conference call I feel confident the accusations have been dropped. Highly recommended.

I have had Robert represent me on several occasions on a variety of matters. He has always given me the straight scoop on where I stood in the matter and helped me make sound legal and financial decisions with regard to the issue at hand. I have refered and will continue to refer friends who are in need of an honest, hard working Attorney who can be trusted to act in their best interest.

This was a complicated employment case which took about 2 1/2 years but overall reached the goals we had set out to achieve. There were some ups and downs, but Bob stayed positive and pushed ahead at every obstacles with success. I was in the insurance liability business for 30 years and dealt exclusively with our attorneys during that time and I would rank Bob up with the best.

I appreciated Bob's frank advice, his depth of knowledge and his practical approach to getting the best outcome for our company. He responds quickly, is down to earth and is a good listener. I would definitely ask him for help again if the need arises.
