Very poor follow up. Called looking for help with wills, estate planning and trusts on a Monday, It is now Friday. I was promised a return phone call by Tuesday. No one returns phone calls. Doesn't earn a lot of faith in their process.

Very good group of lawyers. Have used them for Corporate and personal business.

I recently listened to a presentation by Patrick Ruelle who works in estate law at Schober, Schober & Mitchell. I was very impressed with knowledge on wills, estate planning and trusts. He explained the importance of each and what the process is and that put the fire under my butt to get things going. I plan to use him to get my family's affairs in order.

I can't even get an email response from these guys and yet the bills keep rolling in. Many unreturned emails and no communication except bills.

I would not recommend this law firm. I have had an open case with Schober Schober & Mitchell SC. I was working with Patrick Ruelle for two years. This was a very simple case that dragged on. In two years, they provided very little information most of which was useless and unsatisfactory information that did not resolve my situation. At most, I received thousands of dollars in bills and a closed court case. Patrick had a detailed game plan and never followed through or replied to my last email. I have not gotten a reply from Patrick in over 4 months and days have gone by without a reply from their senior partner. I realized my case was not a big money maker, but they accepted to work on it. After two years I can't say how disappointed I am with their services. After working with them I am back to where I started with thousands of dollars in unauthorized service. I really feel like I was taken advantage of!

I went to have an estate plan built with a firm I was told I could trust. Initially, I thought I was receiving a great product. I am not a lawyer so I don't know what I'm looking at. When the time came to make updates, this is where everything started to unravel. My simple changes and requests, were not implemented properly, and some not at all. When I was informed changes were made, I was emailed a draft to review, without anyone describing what or where I should be looking for said changes. Some of my core changes were not made at all. At signing, more revisions needed to be made. Once those revisions were performed, they were incorrect! Incorrect addresses, infinite loops in language, and more. I uncovered this disaster of an estate plan after consulting with another firm due to the rude communication with the paralegal, lack of care of my needs, and initially noticing lack of attention to detail in spelling and labelling inside the document. I just did not trust it any longer. In closing, this estate plan package was incomplete, not thorough, completed with unprofessional communication, and left my estate open for many issues if I were to die should this not have been caught. To top it off, I was charged an exorbitant amount for the adjustments I needed. Stay away.
