I was a party to an employment agreement. Nick advised me in a wrongful discharge dispute related to that agreement, and represented me during negotiations and settlement. He is a great teacher, and helped me to understand the issues so that we could work as partners to set a reasonable settlement objective and chart a strategy for getting there. I quickly developed great confidence in him and was absolutely delighted with the outcome. Perhaps one of the best things about working with Nick is his demeanor. There were significant financial ramifications involved in this case and I was riding an emotional roller coaster.
