I called and spoke to a female named Frankie. She asked a lot of personal questions of my identity. I don’t know why ALL of those extremely personal questions have anything to do with them taking the case or not. After giving my personal information, I’ve never heard from them again. No call back or anything! So, I’m guessing they’re selling my information to advertisers or possibly scammers. It’s very dangerous world we’re in. Be extremely cautious on who to give your information to. So again, be extremely careful who you’re giving your info to.
