As a Survivor/victim I should never feel like the assault was my fault & after speaking with Anthony Prekop I did…. “I waited to long” He made some very harsh comments and rude judgements based off of little knowledge. Because of his clouded decision a 3rd time offender is walking around free while I try to heal & manage my trauma.
