Received a letter of impending law suit for water damage done by a licensed contractor we hired, his letter wanted insurance information and when I was explaining to Matthew that we stayed out of the middle of it and the contractor had the insurance company claim he kept interrupting me. I asked him if I could please speak and he rudely talked over me when I was trying to give him the insurance information and he just stated they were suing us to the fullest extent I d the jaw and hung up on me. Now please tell me how I could give home the information?? I have 5 immediate attorneys in my family along with a judge and prosecuting attorney … none could explain this behavior of a fellow attorney. !!!

Was in an accident not my fault, had 2 beers in 3.5 hrs and blew a .03 well under the legal limit of .08. Officer said I was owi impaired and slurring my words. I was only in shock. It was my 1st offense. He was able to get the owi charge off my record. They downgraded it to a parking violation. I hired Mathew because of his experience and expertise in owi cases. I only had to pay the fine. I would recommend Matthew because he knows the law and can get your charge expunged when you are wrongfully convicted. He was easy to work with and even paid my fee with his money and I only had to pay him back. He gets results period.
