I had hired Chuck as my labor and DUI defense attorney. My case was very different than most due to having some special circumstances. Chuck was very professional and did great work. While working on my case Chuck had vacation but while on vacation he spent a great deal of time emailing me and keeping in contact. When it seemed that my case was not winnable, Chuck turned it into the best possible outcome we could have hoped for. I would recommend Chuck a 100 times over again. And, even though you never want to have to hire him, if you end up in a position you need to, he is the guy for the job!

Chuck did not disappoint. From the very beginning, his honest and up front approach guided me through the options I had in my case. He was clear, detailed, honest and true to his word on all fronts. When put in situations like this, you have one of two paths you can go down. In part, with Chuck's guidance, I not only got through my case, but moved on positively with my life as well.
