Armand charged my mom $500 and then disappeared with no follow up or communication. We have tried to get a hold of him multiple times through emails and voicemails, to finish what he said he was going to do. At this point I am filing a complaint with the better business bureau and reporting him.

Armand was terrible to work with. HE FORGOT TO SHOW UP TO COURT! Once I finally got ahold of him later, he said: "I'm sorry, that almost never happens, it's been 9 or 10 months since the last time"! Things got increasingly frustrating from there. I will be telling everyone who will listen all about it.
