Lack of experience and motivation
“Wouldn't recommend Franklin Kirk for anything more complicated than contesting a parking ticket. He couldn't answer basic legal questions about rights when being questioned by detectives, he failed to complete requested tasks like substituting a judge, he claimed to have experience with cases similar to the case we hired him for but had a shocking lack of knowledge about the laws surrounding the case, and the worst part was he had no motivation whatsoever.”
