Our dad was charged with 2 felony crimes that he did not commit. There was no evidence and no witness. He was charged solely based on one person’s word. He could have been sentenced up to 40 years in prison. He retained Attorney Patrick Cafferty. My sisters and I were present during the entire trial that lasted a full 3 days. The jury deliberated on the 4th day. During the trial we got to witness first-hand how knowledgeable and strategic Attorney Cafferty is. His closing argument killed the assistant DA’s. It was a masterful thing to watch him in action. His professionalism and conduct was impeccable. He was able to slay the prosecution with his finesse and knowledge of the law. The jury deliberated about 3 hours and came back with a NOT GUILTY verdict. No matter what the charges against you are you can rest assured you’ll get the best representation possible from Attorney Pat Cafferty.
